Dr. Alan Forfar, with three successful Western Suburban locations, is looking for an Associate to join the practice and continue to provide excellent care to a large patient base. Position is full-time and offers robust benefits and compensation.
Compassionately treat conditions, defects, injuries, and esthetic aspects of the mouth, teeth, jaws, and face including but not limited to:
Remove impacted, damaged, and non-restorable teeth. Provide sophisticated, safe, and effective anesthesia services including intravenous sedation and general anesthesia.
Plan and place implants. Reconstruct bone and modify gingival tissue surrounding implants.
Care for facial injuries by repairing routine and complex facial skin lacerations, setting fractured jaw and facial bones, reconnecting severed nerves and ducts, and treating other injuries. Including care of oral tissues, the jaws, cheek and nasal bones, the forehead, and eye sockets.
Manage patients with benign and malignant cysts and tumors of the oral and facial regions. Treat severe infections of the oral cavity, salivary glands, jaws, and neck.
Correct jaw, facial bone and facial soft tissue problems.
Diagnosis and treatment of facial pain disorders including those due to temporomandibular joint problems.
DDS or DMD degree, licensed in state in which practicing or have the ability to obtain licensure upon graduation.
Completion of an OMFS residency
