  • Overview

    We assist dental practices that are facing non-clinical challenges by providing them with industry proven non-clinical practice support services.  Non-clinical support services include payor relations, group supplies purchasing, capital equipment procurement, staffing management, finance, marketing, and information systems management.  We affiliate with dental practice owners looking to create value and improve quality of life in a practice transition through participation in a larger, affiliated network with economies of scale with a Dental Support Organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Makes initial candidate contact and builds relationships/networks with prospective candidates in an effort to increase interest level in company opportunities
    • Managing candidates in applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
    • With recruitment marketing, identify key demographic / profile information for candidates
    • Update and track candidate profile information in iCIMS
    • Ensure all candidates are in iCIMS
    • Develop and execute innovative search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to fill open practice staff positions
    • Use LinkedIn, news and blog sources, social networking sites to identify and engage potential candidates
    • Constantly seek new and innovative ways to improve sourcing process
    • Use networking opportunities to identify individuals within competitor companies
    • Develop passive candidates through cold calling and data mining
    • Partner with practice teams to schedule candidate interviews
    • Turning contacts into candidates, candidates into applicants, applicants to hires
    • Assist, as needed, with the management of company social media accounts

    Qualifications

    Qualified candidates for this role will have at least 2 years of recruitment experience within a specialty or professional niche with preference given to those with experience in healthcare. Candidates must have proven experience as an effective candidate liaison. Skill highlights must include external source development, lifecycle recruitment, user knowledge of applicant tracking systems, interactive and social media applications, and excellent screening, salesmanship and follow through capabilities.
