Non-clinical support services include payor relations, group supplies purchasing, capital equipment procurement, staffing management, finance, marketing, and information systems management.   Join our rapidly growing and dynamic team at our Support Center conveniently located in the East Loop!

    Responsibilities

    The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for discussing our transition options with prospects and converting inbound callers to leads, as well as completing other lead generation-related tasks.

     

    • Field inbound doctor calls
    • Schedule follow up calls for interested doctors with the Business Development team
    • Send follow up emails to prospects
    • Manage ongoing email/phone/mail communication with prospects who need to be nurtured
    • Research doctors on LinkedIn and compile list of doctors to reach out to
    • Send reminder texts to doctors 24 hrs before their phone call with Business Development team

    Qualifications

    • College degree preferred
    • At least one year experience in a professional sales environment
